For the last 13 years, we have strived to confront the crisis of knowledge facing Muslims by providing a diverse range of offerings to serve the believing community through authentic and reliable knowledge and guidance.

Inspired by the Prophetic tradition of knowledge and service, we have helped to provide millions of Muslims with access to free Islamic knowledge through our structured learning streams, answers service, podcasts, articles, and on-the-ground programs that extend to the global community.

SeekersGuidance is looking for a dedicated Podcast Coordinator to manage and enhance our podcast offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Islamic scholarship, be proficient in both English and Arabic, and possess strong coordination and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Content Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings.
• Liaise with guest speakers, scholars, and internal team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the podcast calendar and ensure the timely release of episodes.

• Adhere to SeekersGuidance’s standards and processes.
• Ensure all podcast content meets the organization’s quality and editorial guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of podcast episodes.

• Oversee the editing and post-production process.
• Ensure podcasts are uploaded and distributed on all relevant platforms.
• Implement podcast and media best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in podcasting and media.
• Explore new opportunities to expand the podcast’s reach and audience.
• Be eager to learn and grow within the role and the organization.

Key Skills:

• Coordination: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Standards and Processes: Ability to work within established guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Podcast and Media Expertise: Familiarity with podcast production, editing software, and media best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in podcast coordination or a related field.

• Technical skills related to audio editing and podcast distribution platforms.
