PodVita is a job board platform specializing in podcasting-related positions. 2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

7. Recruiter Responsibilities and Limitations

Recruiters using PodVita agree to the following terms:

  • All job postings must be accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws.
  • Recruiters are solely responsible for the content of their job postings and any interactions with job seekers.
  • PodVita does not guarantee any specific outcomes from job postings or recruiter activities on the platform.
  • Recruiters agree not to discriminate against job seekers based on protected characteristics as defined by applicable laws.
  • PodVita reserves the right to remove any job postings that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties for Recruitment Activities

PodVita provides a platform for job postings and does not warrant:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job seeker's information or application.
  • The quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted.
  • The ability of recruiters to fill positions or of job seekers to secure employment.
  • The results of any recruitment activities conducted through our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability for Recruitment Outcomes

PodVita shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Any hiring decisions made by recruiters or employers.
  • Any actions or omissions of job seekers in response to job postings.
  • Any disputes arising between recruiters and job seekers.
  • Any misrepresentations made by users of our platform, whether recruiters or job seekers.

By using PodVita for recruitment purposes, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree to use the platform at your own risk.

10. Suspension or Termination of Service

PodVita reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Consequences of User Misconduct

If you engage in any activity that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by PodVita in its sole discretion, we may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Remove or delete any content you have posted
  • Ban you from using our services in the future
  • Take legal action if necessary

In the event of such suspension, termination, or content removal:

  • You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation
  • PodVita shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such actions
  • Any fees paid are non-refundable
