Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Editing and Post-Production
- Edit raw audio recordings for clarity, pacing, and quality
- Remove background noise, errors, and filler words to ensure a polished final product
- Add music, sound effects, and transitions that align with the podcast’s tone and branding
Production Support:
- Assist in planning and organizing podcast episodes, including research topics and preparing episode outlines
- Work closely with hosts/guests to ensure a seamless recording process
- Optimize content for various platforms, including YouTube and social media
Content Creation:
- Create promotional materials such as short video clips and graphics for social media
Technical Management:
- Manage and maintain podcast equipment or advise on recording setups
- Ensure timely publishing of episodes across podcast platforms
- Monitor and manage podcast analytics to track growth and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in audio editing software
- Familiar with podcast hosting platforms
- Experience with video editing tools
Requirements:
- Previous experience editing or producing podcasts
