Job Description
Pixiu Podcasts are looking for experienced Podcast Producers to join our team in Shoreditch, working across a slate of entertainment and factual podcasts with some of the UK’s best-known organisations and personalities. You’ll help shape and deliver original shows for brands, broadcasters and talent, from development through to release.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production for a portfolio of podcasts,
- Lead editorial planning: develop episode outlines, write running orders, prep scripts and briefing notes for hosts and guests.
- Source and book guests; manage contributor logistics
- Coordinate studio and on-location recordings
- Maintain high production standards across all shows
- Support ad-read and branded content integration,
- Contribute creative ideas for series formats, audience growth and social
About You
- Strong, demonstrable production experience in podcasts
- Confident managing multiple shows or clients simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with talent, senior clients and contributors in fast-turnaround environments.
- Fast, accurate audio editing and mixing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft briefs, scripts, show notes
- Calm under pressure, with good judgment and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Genuine interest in podcasts, branded content and the evolving podcast landscape
- Experience with video or visualised podcasts and basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with YouTube and social media formats, and what drives audience growth
