Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Applications for the Podcast: Carefully evaluate applications to appear on the podcast, ensuring potential guests align with our thematic goals and audience interests.
- Guest Curation and Collaboration: Utilise your intuition and insights to select the best guests for the podcast, engaging in strategic discussions with James, our esteemed host, to finalise selections.
- Outbound Guest Recruitment: Proactively conduct outreach to invite new, high-profile guests to the podcast, expanding our reach and influence within the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
- Strategic Podcast Direction: Determine the strategic direction of the podcast, aligning guest outreach with overarching content themes and market trends to maximise impact and listener engagement.
- Process Optimisation and Guest Liaison: Oversee and enhance our automation processes for guest outreach and scheduling, liaising with guests and their representatives to maintain a consistent and high-quality guest pipeline.
- Content Oversight Across Platforms: Work closely with the SomX team to ensure cohesive and impactful content production across multiple platforms, amplifying the podcast's reach and engagement.
- Creative Collaboration: Directly collaborate with our audio and video editors, as well as the creative team, to bring your vision for each podcast episode to life, maintaining the highest standards of quality across all episodes.
