About the Stepping Stone Academy Foundation
Stepping Stone Academy Foundation is a start-up nonprofit agency for young minority teenage mothers and their children starting off in the state of Tennessee and eventually all over America. Stepping Stone’s goal is to help young women along the way from Pregnancy to Parenthood and Childhood to Adulthood. We are a part of the proposals for a resolution. With social engineering, we can attempt to manage social change and regulate the future development and behavior of our next and new generations to come.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of podcast episodes, including planning, recording, and editing.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and content for the podcast.
- Conduct research on topics, guests, and trends relevant to the podcast.
- Help manage the podcast’s social media presence and promotional activities.
- Ensure high-quality audio production and editing.
- Coordinate with guests and schedule interviews.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall direction of the podcast.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in college.
- Strong interest in podcasting, media, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand, Adobe Audition) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
