Podcast Studio Manager

VOXPOD is a SW London based podcast and audiobook recording studio with extremely high standards in both audio and video recording. We work with Audible, BBC Sounds, Wondery, ITV, Harper Collins and many other professional organisations as well as independent clients to create high quality podcast and audio book recordings.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and Editing Podcasts
• Recording and Editing Audiobooks
• Day to day management of 2 podcast recording studios including setting up for shows, pack down, tidy etc
• Audio and Video editing of shows working with the clients including making social clips from recordings
• Studio maintenance (checking everything is working properly in studio such as cables and recording hardware , data management etc)

Candidate requirements:

• Good knowledge of audio AND video recording
• Good knowledge of Audio Book recording and editing
• Good knowledge of Logic and/or Studio one
• Good knowledge of Davinci resolve Video Editing Software
• Able to work efficiently and to deadlines and manage the workload accordingly
• A good understanding of podcast recording processes and formats such as audio level requirements for podcast platforms and video formats
